Payment Policies

Payment of Fees

  1. The Admission Exam Fee for (only Primary YR1-6) new students is non-refundable.
  2. The Registration Fee is payable at the time of the online registration, and is charged to process the application of new students and it’s non-refundable.
  3. Once the child receives a formal offer from the school, the Seat Reservation deposit is charged to enroll the child and secure the seat on next academic year (will be deducted from the first term payment)
  4. Transpiration Fee for both (1 way & 2 way) are same and to be paid in full amount in the beginning of each term.
  5. Book Fees to be paid once n the beginning of the term.


Non-payment of Fees

Failure to pay school fees may result in a loss of the student’s place in the school, withholding of their school reports, references, and/or examination results, as well as, temporary or permanent blocking on the Ministry of Education School Transfer System.



In the case of a refund, the school fees will be calculated as follows:

  1. If the student was enrolled in the school for a period of one month, one months’ fees will be deducted.
  2. If the student was enrolled in the school for more than a month, the full term’s fees will be deducted.
  3. Book fees can be refundable if not used within only one month from the date of school starts (clean books)

 The refund will be calculated from the start of the term and the date of the official request by the parent stating the intent of withdrawal and not from the date when the student was absent. Being on the school register counts as days in school.


Re-Enrollment Deposit

This deposit is payable at the time of Re-enrolment to guarantee a place for the following academic year.
The Re-enrollment (seat reservation) deposit is (QR 1500). Please note, this is a non-refundable deposit in case of cancellation.


Student Withdrawals

  1. The Registration, Seat Reservation & Admission Exam fees are non-refundable.
  2. Book fees can be refundable if not used within only one month from the date of school starts (clean books)
  3. In case the student transferred or withdrawal before completing one month studying in the first term, it will be deducted the number of studying days in addition to the reservation fees. 
  4. In case any transfer or withdraw a student, the school Administration office should be notified before one month.
  5. If a student withdrawal from the bus, 1000 QR will be calculated for each month ,however the student used the bus for one way or two ways, also in case of less than one month.


AMIS has the rights to withdraw any student for the next academic year:

  1. If the student misbehaved or didn’t implement the school policies to ensure a safe academic environment.
  2. If the parent didn’t respect the school polices.

Payment Dates

Schools can collect annual tuition fees in two instalments, due at the beginning of each term. 

First payment – Starts from (Aug 1st to Sep 1st 2022) *
Second Payment – Starts from (Jan 5th to Feb 5th 2023) **
